The ladies are running the show over in the No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw Event, as Safiya Umerova and Beth Hall are currently heads up. It looked likely that Safiya Umerova would shake off the disappointment of busting out of the Mini Mega Millions Event with a victory here, but Hall managed to pull off a dramatic and unlikely double up to virtual make things even between the ladies.
Hall was all in before the first draw for over 400,000 in chips, and Umerova was glad to call with a pat hand: [8h][7s][5c][4d][3c]. Hall was less than pleased to see that, as she showed [8c][7d][5s][4c], normally a decent drawing hand, but in this case, she was drawing to a three for a chop, or a deuce for the outright win. Hall slowly sweat her card, and said it was a no sider, before shouting with excitement as she revealed the [2c] for an unlikely double up!
