Hien Do (pictured above) moved all in under the gun for his final 2,300,000, and big stack Alexander Stewart called to put him at risk with [Ah][9h]. Do was in good shape with a big pair, [10c][10d], and the tens held on a runout of [Jd][8s][7h][9s][5s] to give Do the straight and the double up.
Two hands later, Stewart was the one in the dominating position against an all in, this time of Christopher Gomez (pictured below), who’s [Ad][Jh] was in trouble against the [Qs][Qc] of Stewart. However, the flop of [Ac][Jd][10h] smashed Gomez, giving him top two pair. A king or queen would still work for Stewart, but the board finished out [6c] and [2s] instead.
