Blinds: 300,000/500,000
Rudy Cervantes (pictured above) raised to 1,000,000, and Quoc Le got an idea of his chip stack before he raised that amount, 8,000,000. In the big blind, Tianyu Zheng saw his cards, and thought for about 30 seconds before four bet shoving for 29,000,000.
Cervantes didn’t take very long to call despite the massive action in front of him, and it was now on Le, who could end the tournament if he called and won the hand. Le talked the hand outloud, saying he had a top five hand, and eventually announced call to make for a pot that had nearly all the chips in play in there.
Zheng: [Kh][Kc]
Cervantes: [As][Ks]
Le: [Ad][Kd]
Both Cervantes and Le started calling for their respective flush cards, but the flop of [10d][10c][8h] only left Le with a shot at a flush, which was quickly extinguished on the [9c] turn. Zheng had to fade just two outs now, and he did just that, giving him the pot worth 65,000,000, leaving him heads up with Le, who has 12,000,000.
