It is just before 9 PM here at the Bicycle Casino, and play has wrapped up in our second Mini Mega Millions restart. 64 players will be joining the 59 who advanced yesterday to make up the final field tomorrow for Day 3.
Tyler Cornell (pictured above) burst the bubble when his Ace-Queen held up against the Ace-Nine of Tony Ma, who was the unfortunate bubble boy. That bustout helped cap off a good day for Cornell, who bagged 2,900,000. Bike regular Hermilo “Taxi” Vargas (pictured below) shot to the top of the counts late in the day, and also bagged up one of the big stacks with 2,600,000 chips. Other notables bagging above today were Peter Cross, Jonah Lopas, Anthony Denove, Nick Grippo, and Lynda Tran.
