Players went on break with 63 on the clock, and 60 of those players would be securing that coveted Day 2 ticket and a $350 min cash. The plan was to go to hand for hand play after losing two people, but instead, we lost three players on the first hand dealt across the field. We did catch one of the bustouts, with Bike regular Jeremy Hamey shoving from early position with pocket sevens. Scott Vener was next to act, and quickly shoved over the top with queens. The ladies held, Hamey hit the rail, and Vener secured a Day 2 stack of over 250,000 in chips.
Other players advancing from this flight were Frank Lin, Derrick Mokedi, Prince Cassell, and a former Mega Millions champion, Boris Goldstein!
