Derek Gregory continues to steamroll this Mini Mega Millions Day 3, having just scooped another massive pot in a wild runout against Jinyu Wu. Action started with Wu raising to 500,000 from early position. Next to act, Gregory three-bet it to 4,200,000. Garen Babakhan tanked in middle position for quite a while before folding what he later said was pocket queens, and after it folded to Wu, he shoved for about nine million.
Gregory tossed a chip in for the call and saw his [Ah][Jd] needed to come from behind against the [Kh][Kd] of Wu. The flop of [Ah][10h][5d] shot Gregory into the lead, but the [Ks] came right on the turn to catapult Wu back to the lead.
However, the [Qs] river came just as quickly, giving Gregory a straight, and drawing an audible reaction from everyone at the table, Gregory included. He scoops the pot, and is now sitting on about 20% of the chips in play with 15 left.
