On the final hand of the event, Sohale Khalili raised to 725,000, and Nissar Quraishi moved all in for his final 3,500,000 and change. Khalili tanked for about 30 seconds before calling with [As][8c], and he saw that he was dominating the [Kd][8s] of Quraishi.
The board ran down [7c][7h][5s][5d][Jd], and the ace kicker played to give Khalili the final pot of the night. Quraishi will take home $61,250 for his efforts, but the first place prize of $93,160, the Bike trophy, and the gold banner belong to Sohale Khalili, who adds yet another victory to his incredible Los Angeles poker resume.
