Play has wrapped up for the evening, as a starting field of nearly 500 total players once the Day 2 entries were counted is down to just 62 now. Leading the way is Evgeny Tsyrenov (pictured above), who bagged up 6,855,000 in chips.
Some heavy hitters are still alive and well in this event, including our most recent Mini Mega Millions winner in April, Marc Fiorentino. Also moving on to tomorrow’s finals are Rudy Cervantes, Sami Alirachedi, Mike Eskandari, Luke Nguyen, and former Mega Millions and Legends of Poker Main Event champion Mike Shariati.
Play will resume at 1 PM tomorrow, where we will be playing down to a winner. That player will be taking home over $150,000, so be sure to come back then for all of your updates!
