After two full days of poker on Sunday and Monday, just 78 players remain in the latest installment of the Mega Millions. Karnik Gulesserian has the chip lead with 4,725,000, but right behind him is Rick Mechammil, who is looking for back-to-back major final tables here at the Bike, after finishing third in the Parkwest Classic last week for $74,000. Mechammil is second out of the 78 returning, and his father Hassan is also part of the field today. He has a bit more work to do than his son, however, as he comes into the day as the shortest stack with 340,000.
Kyle Prior and Mike Brown are also looking to final table both the Mini and regular Mega Millions this series, and both have above-average stacks. Dylan Linde, Phil Laak, Michael Liang, Sohakle Khalili, Derek Kwan, Danny Wong, Camille Brown, and Ky Nguyen are also still alive and well in this event, which kicks off at 12 PM today.
