After 14 levels of play today, just 36 remain, and leading the way is a very familiar face to the Bike. Actor and poker player Kirk Acevado has been on a tear recently, having just finished 8th last weekend in the $400,000 Guaranteed Event. He is primed for another final table here, as he has the overnight chip lead with 5,900,000 in chips.
He has plenty of competition coming back tomorrow, including Matt Salsberg, Rudy Cervantes, Mike Eskandari, Rubin Chappell, and former Mega Millions champion Duey Duong, just to name a few.
