After we were 11-handed for nearly an hour, we somehow lost three players in the span of just three minutes, to suddenly get us down to just eight players. First, we lost Nikolay Zhurnalov from Table 3. On the next hand on the other table, Michael Steele bowed out in 10th place, and while that was happening, start of day chip leader Mousa Talei went for a river bluff shove, only to run into a full house held by Jeffrey Lamont.
