Four players saw a flop of [Ks][9d][8s], and the first player to act, Amal John, shoved all in for about 4,500,000. It was more than a pot sized bet, and though he got two folds, the last player to act, Phuoc Nguyen, snap-called with [9s][9c] for middle set.
John had [Ah][Kd] for top pair that needed a ton of help, but the [9s] turn gave Nguyen quads, sealing the hand.
