Semyon Avagyan opened the action with a raise, and fresh off a double up, Steve Carlson shoved all in for 1,125,000. Avagyan called for a bit less than half his stack with [2s][2c], and we were off to the races, as Carlson showed [As][Kh]. A king came right on the flop, and while Avagyan did pick up some extra outs with a gutshot on the turn, he failed to improve.
Just like that, Carlson has gone from short stack to big stack in just two hands.
