Yesterday saw two time banner winner and the first winner of this Parkwest Classic Event Marc Fiorentino become the new chip leader, bagging just under a million in chips. Well, his lead lasted just one day, and it was a fellow Marc who topped him: Marc Weinstein (pictured above), who bagged a massive 1,241,000 in chips. That will be over 400 big blinds to start on Day 2, as the returning blinds will be just 2,000/3,000.
Also bagging and advancing from this flight are Derek Kwan, Kevin Babayan, Paul Chauderson, and James Kozono, amongst others. Remember that if you want to take your shot at topping Weinstein, tonight’s flight is still open for another hour, and tomorrow we have our final two flights at 11 AM and 4 PM.
