Nicholas Olivetti was all in preflop with a small pair, [4h][4d], and was flipping against the [Ks][10d] of Fredrick Arni. The latter shot out to the lead on the flop of [Kd][Jd][6s], and no two outer came for Olivetti, making him the first causality of the final table.
